Taka15 (referred to hereinafter as "we", "the Platform", or "the Company") is an online entertainment and betting service provider. By accessing our website taka15.win or its associated mobile applications, you ("Member" or "User") automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions.

The following requirements must be met to open an account with Taka15:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Each individual may operate one account only. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be terminated and balances may be confiscated.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Opening an account with false details will be considered fraud.
• As part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process, Taka15 may request proof of identity and address. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is successfully completed.
• Registering using a proxy, VPN, or any other method to conceal your true location is strictly prohibited.

The following rules must be followed when making deposits on Taka15:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method (bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer) registered in your own name. Deposits made through third parties are not accepted.
• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200, and the maximum deposit is BDT 500,000 per day.
• Successful deposits will be credited to your balance immediately. If your balance is not updated for any reason, please contact Taka15 support.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of anti-money laundering laws.
• Taka15 reserves the right to freeze suspicious transactions and report them to the relevant authorities.

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings:

• Withdrawals must be made via the same payment method used for your deposit. For example, if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal must also be made through bKash.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. The maximum withdrawal per day is BDT 1,000,000.
• Withdrawals exceeding BDT 50,000 cannot be processed without a completed KYC verification.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–4 hours. Larger amounts or those requiring verification may take up to 24 hours.
• A withdrawal request may be cancelled after submission, provided processing has not yet begun.

The following rules must be followed to enjoy Taka15 bonuses and promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus carries specific wagering requirements (typically 20x–35x the bonus amount). The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until these requirements are met.
• Bonus validity: All bonuses have a set validity period (typically 7–30 days). Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Multiple Bonuses: Using multiple bonuses simultaneously may not be permitted. Activating a new bonus while another is still active may result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
• Per person/household/IP: Each bonus offer is applicable once per person, household, or IP address.
• Taka15's Rights: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time and for any reason.

The following rules apply when placing bets and playing games on Taka15:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a Cash Out feature is available).
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, Taka15 will make a fair determination based on the state of the game at the time of the disruption.
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information in Sports Betting is strictly prohibited.
• If incorrect odds are published for any reason, Taka15 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds.
• Taka15's decision is final in all game-related disputes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Taka15 and will result in account termination:

• Any form of fraud, cheating, or system hacking.
• Bonus Abuse through the creation of multiple accounts.
• Playing games using bots or automated software.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Abusive, offensive, or threatening behavior directed at Taka15 staff.
• Transactions involving money laundering or funds from illegal sources.
• Operating as part of an organized betting syndicate.

Taka15 shall not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Loss of bets or game sessions due to internet disconnection or network issues.
• Delays caused by technical issues on the part of third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad).
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government directives) that prevent the delivery of services.
• Losses caused by issues with the member's own device or software.

Please report any technical issues to our support team promptly. We are committed to providing fair resolutions at all times.

An account may be closed or deactivated under the following circumstances:

• At the member's request: You may request account closure at any time. Please ensure you withdraw any remaining balance beforehand.
• Due to inactivity: Accounts with no activity for 12 months may be classified as inactive. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.
• For rule violations: Violating the Terms & Conditions may result in account closure without prior notice.
• For responsible gaming requests: You may apply for self-exclusion to help prevent gaming addiction.

Taka15 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• Members will be given at least 7 days' notice prior to any significant changes.
• Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request account closure.
